CHEMICAL STORAGE BUILDINGS

For several years, MCT has designed and built metal buildings used primarily as chemical storage facilities but also used for many other specialty purposes. These are attractive, durable, long-lasting container/storage buildings which are designed to provide maximum protection and safety regarding certain hazardous, toxic, or similar type materials --materials which require clean, secure, climate-controlled storage. Each facility is designed to provide maximum benefits, not only to the owner/customer, but also to the operational personnel who must use it on a day-to-day basis. In other words, these buildings are user-friendly. This makes it easier, safer, and more attractive to care for the materials being stored. For example, the interior lighting system is enhanced by the type of shelving which is used --a type that is designed to let light pass through. This ensures that the floor is always well illuminated resulting in an attractive and clearly visible work area.

These buildings are used in 20 states by golf courses, schools, hospitals, and various other types of commercial and industrial facilities. They are quite versatile and flexible in design. One primary use is in storing weed control, fertilizer, and rodent/insect chemicals. They also make excellent job site office, workshop, tool room, and/or equipment buildings. These buildings are available in a variety of lengths. All widths are a standard 8 feet, 3 inches wide with lengths varying from 12 feet, 3 inches on up to 40 feet long in increments of two feet (i.e., lengths of 12 feet, 14 feet, 16 feet, 18 feet, etc.).
